Participants will gain a solid understanding of health and safety management systems, personal protective equipment (PPE), fall protection, fire safety, hazard communication, and more. Upon completion, attendees receive OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Certification, showcasing their commitment to workplace safety, boosting career prospects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Introduction to OSHA
- OSHA’s Mission, Worker Rights, and Employer Responsibilities.
- Understanding OSHA Standards and Inspections.
Focus Four Hazards
- Falls (Ladders, Scaffolding, and Fall Protection).
- Electrocution Hazards and Electrical Safety.
- Struck-By Hazards (Vehicles, Tools, and Materials).
- Caught-In/Between Hazards (Trenching and Excavation).
PPE and Equipment Safety
- Proper Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Safe Handling of Tools and Machinery.
Health Hazards in Construction
- Hazard Communication Standards (HAZCOM).
- Toxic Substances and Respiratory Protection.
Emergency Planning and Response
- Fire Prevention Plans.
- Evacuation Routes and First Aid.
