Overview
Our Hazardous Material Survey and Assessment Training is a four-day, 32-hour program designed for construction managers, environmental consultants, and inspectors seeking expertise in hazardous material identification and management. The course covers surveying techniques to identify contaminants such as lead, mold, and asbestos, data collection and sampling protocols, and the preparation of detailed assessment reports and action plans. Participants gain knowledge of compliance standards, including OSHA, EPA, and state requirements. Graduates earn the Certified Hazardous Materials Inspector (CHMI) credential and are equipped to conduct hazard surveys, analyze data, and deliver regulatory-compliant solutions.
